Commercial lead consultant providing commercial oversight from procurement, post contract cost control and administration through to final account. Meticulous change and cost control contributed to final account close-out within 1% of the original contract sum.
MIXED-USE TOWER DEVELOPMENT, SOUTH BANK

41-storey | 191 homes + 440,000 sq ft NIA commercial | c. £200m construction
Commercial lead consultant on mixed-use residential and commercial tower development in Central London, comprising 191 apartments alongside approximately 370,000 sq ft of office and 72,000 sq ft of retail accommodation. Experience across 2-stage procurement strategy, contract administration and post contract commercial management.
MIXED-USE RESIDENTIAL & HOTEL DEVELOPMENT, PADDINGTON

17-21-storey | 335 homes + hotel | c. £300m construction
Commercial lead consultant on mixed-use development comprising 335 residential apartments and flagship hotel and 320-bedroom five-star hotel with supporting retail, community, education and public-realm uses. Experience spanning feasibility, cost planning, procurement and delivery.
PRIME RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, NINE ELMS

13-20 storey | 552,000 sq ft NIA | c. £300m construction
Senior client-side development and commercial management role, responsible for feasibility through detailed design and procurement. Rigorous design monitoring, value engineering, risk review and procurement strategy refinement culminated in the successful procurement of a single-stage lump-sum contract within budget, significantly reducing delivery risk.
MIXED-USE RESIDENTIAL-LED DEVELOPMENT, LONDON

18-storey | 440 homes | c. £200m construction
Commercial lead consultant on residential-led mixed-use development comprising approximately 400 new homes alongside retail and commercial space. Experience through early feasibility, appraisal input, optioneering and cost planning through design development and planning submission.
SUPER-PRIME RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, NINE ELMS

19-storey | 88,000 sq ft NIA | c. £115m construction
Senior client-side development and commercial management role on a super-prime residential development in London. Full lifecycle responsibilities spanning consultant team oversight, design development, value engineering and procurement through to practical completion and final account. Supported a fundamental procurement strategy review, moving towards a single-stage shell & core contract with separate fit-out procurement to provide greater programme and cost certainty.
MIXED-USE REGENERATION SCHEME, OUTER LONDON

7-42 storey | 650,000 sq ft NIA | c. £400m construction
Senior client-side development and commercial management role on dual phased mixed-use regeneration scheme comprising a 42-storey new-build tower, mid-rise buildings and refurbishment of an existing 25-storey tower across private, PRS/affordable and commercial tenures. Key involvement spanning viability, sensitivity analysis, optioneering studies, cost planning, value engineering and procurement of Phase 1 contractor.
